Made to order items are made per your request of size/color/style...the turn-around time is 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri) excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) 

Pre-Order items ship once item is in stock. If more time is needed we will reach out via email.

We Ship using USPS (United States Postal Service)

Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation tracking number via email.

*We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.

Because most of our items are made-to-order, they are non-refundable. Exchanges or store credits are only given if an item is defective on our part.
You will be given a STORE CREDIT ONLY!
Items must be returned unworn with original tags attached, within 7 days after item has been received and shows delivered via tracking system.
